Responsible for the management and implementation of food safety consulting projects, with over 17 years of experience in food safety assessment, training, and consulting. Previously worked for Metro China (Star Farm) for 10 years and TESCO Global Food Sourcing for 2 years. Holds a Ph.D. in Agriculture (in progress). Has qualifications such as FSMA Leader Auditor, IFS Food/Logistics Auditor, BRC Auditor, ISO 22000, and takes in roles such as GFSI China Working Group Certification Scheme Coordinator and Implementation Group Leader, as well as CCFA SME Training Expert.
Has provided training and audits for over 400 companies, has extensive experience in quality and food safety consulting projects. Has conducted training and consulting services for brands such as Starbucks, Yum! Brands, Luckin Coffee, PepsiCo, Nestlé, Mengniu, Yili, Uni-President, Master Kong, Cargill, Bunge, Haidilao, Tianwei, IFF, Dezixing, Hershey's, Muyuan, etc.
Participated in the writing of books including "Food Safety Management Practices Collection," "Food Supplier Management Guide," "Food Foreign Object Management Guideline," and "Food Safety Culture Theory and Practice."
