Has over 15 years practical experience in quality management with large and medium-sized food enterprises. Led the establishment and operation of the quality department, being familiar with internal quality management processes and requirements. Has participated in the revision of more than 40 national, industry, and local standards.Has led label audits for over 3000 products per year, handling several instances of inspection abnormalities and complaints from professional counterfeiters.
Main experiences include coaching projects for brand clients' suppliers, consulting on management systems and GMP implementation and improvement for customer complaint handling, quality management, and food safety training, as well as second-party audits for suppliers. Has been responsible for supplier consulting and improvement projects for clients such as Kellogg's, Yum! Brands, Luckin Coffee, Yonghui, Pupu Supermarket, and others.
