Senior Engineer; Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering; Licensed Pharmacist;
16-year in pharmaceutical, successively leading the companies through GMP certifications for API and medicinal preparations; recognized individually as a "GMP Certification Expert" in the local region;
17 years working as a Quality Manager in the food industry, including 9 years serving as Factory Quality Manager in private and foreign-invested enterprises and 8 years as Supplier Quality Manager at Mondelez;
Thorough understanding of the operational dynamics of bakery enterprises, the structure of quality departments, and how to uplift company-wide food safety and quality culture and performance.
