Senior Food Microbiology Expert
With 25 years of experience in researching and solving problems in the field of food microbiology, including 8 years of study and work in the United States and 15 years of experience at Ecolab, Dr. Lu served as the chief food safety and microbiology expert at Ecolab China. He assisted more than 30 clients in dealing with major food microbiology contamination incidents and provided assessments and training in microbiology control and food safety management for over 200 factories.
Dr. Lu has conducted in - depth research on microbial ecology (such as biofilms, spores, etc.), product stability, and microbial prediction models. He is familiar with food safety regulations in China and abroad and has extensive experience in food safety assessment, training, and solution - providing. He is able to offer technical support in HACCP implementation and microbiology monitoring.
