On October 16, at the 9th Good Food Conference held in Nanjing, IQC (Shanghai Yuezi Enterprise Information Consulting Co., Ltd.) received the “Best Practice Case Award” for its outstanding achievements in regenerative agriculture—particularly in developing industry standards, enabling technology application, and promoting project implementation.

As a consulting firm dedicated to food chain sustainability, IQC was recognized for its “Standards + Technology” approach. The team co-initiated and drafted the Regenerative Agriculture Management Standard – Planting Sector, creating a China-specific evaluation framework aligned with the international FSA 3.0 benchmark. IQC also developed the ReAGRI Farm Carbon Management Platform, enabling quantifiable measurement of on-farm carbon emissions and soil carbon sequestration potential.

By the end of 2024, the standard had been applied in 11 pilot projects across crops such as corn, wheat, and tea, covering more than 860,000 mu (about 57,000 hectares).
During the conference’s “Sustainable Production in Food Systems” roundtable, IQC shared insights on helping farms transition toward regenerative agriculture. As a Sino-German collaborative institution, IQC continues to lead sustainable transformation in the food sector.Looking ahead, IQC will keep advancing regenerative agriculture standards and technology innovation, contributing to a more sustainable and resilient food system.
