Previously held positions as the Head of Food Safety at Tingsin International Group's catering convenience food division, as well as roles such as Production Technology Director and Quality Director at Nan Hong Group and Dashanhe Group. Has in-depth research and practical experience in over ten food industries, including refrigerated meals, pastries, seafood, meat products, beverages, condiments, and industries such as edible mushrooms.
