Project Director for Animal Welfare and Sustainable Agriculture
Henry possesses over 17 years of extensive experience in Animal Welfare and Sustainable Agriculture. He has previously worked for McDonald’s, Metro, and OFDC of MEE.
Henry takes charge of leading teams to execute animal welfare projects encompassing laying hens, broiler chickens, pigs, cows, and rabbits. Additionally, he spearheads the cage-free egg certification program that successfully facilitated 15 farms in obtaining cage-free certificates by 2023. This initiative covers 500,000 laying hens and an approximately 150 million eggs.
Furthermore, Henry plays a pivotal role in driving sustainable agriculture projects forward. His team provides consulting services to prominent companies including Coca Cola, Cargill, ADM, COFCO along with various local enterprises. These projects span across diverse crops such as corn, sugar cane, sugar beet citrus fruits among others while covering an expansive area exceeding 13k hectares.
Henry holds a Master's degree from NAU (Nanjing Agricultural University).
