Mr. Wilson Jiang post-graduated from Hefei University of Technology with M.Eng degree. Over 30 years’ experience in engineering, maintenance, and operation field, he served as the engineering manager and PM pillar leader of LEAN manufacturing in Wrigley Guangzhou plant (China), and the National Engineering Project Manager in General Mills, and OEM operation director in Cargill China Protein. As of the China National Committee Member of TnPM Specialized Association (since 2003 to present), and theSecretary-General of special committeeto IMA-China (International Maintenance Association, China).
Wilson has gained rich knowledge and experience in the implementation of TPM and Lean manufacturing in the food industry, as well as the plant engineering/maintenance and production management. Also, Wilson has much down to earth practicable experience in the food safety and operation cost reduction and OEE implement in food plant.
