Sustainable Agriculture Project Specialist
Niko is accountable for executing the Sustainable Agriculture project. He conducts assessments and GAP analyses on sustainability, provides consulting services for farms, and assists them in transitioning from traditional to sustainable practices.
He was responsible for conducting industry research and analysis on Regenerative Agriculture. Additionally, he managed the operation of the Sustainable Agriculture Official Account by collecting up-to-date information and sharing it with all stakeholders,
Niko worked at Syngenta China-Jianghuai Horticultural Seed Industry where he engaged in seed production and scientific research. His extensive experience in field management and production combines theory with practice as he has mastered the entire horticultural crop production process from sowing to harvesting.
Niko holds a master's degree in agriculture from Yangzhou University.
