Wang has 30 years of experience in quality and food safety management, including 16 years at foreign food factories, 11 years at publicly - listed catering chains, and three years in internet e - commerce. He has held important positions such as assistant vice president of the quality management center at Hotpot Restaurant Group, vice president of the quality safety center at Jiu Tian Jia, and vice president of quality management at Miss Fresh E - commerce Company.
